What I did
LogiRoute AI takes on urban routing: given a set of deliveries and traffic constraints, find the order that cuts distance and time.
It won first place at the 2022 hackathon. The fuel reduction we reported was a projection from the model, not a measurement in real operation — worth saying plainly, because that is the difference between a result and an estimate.
