Services

Technical SEO, Next.js development, AI automation, and business dashboards.

Four services held to the same standard: measured before anything is touched, measured again at close. We start where the real bottleneck is, not where the easy sale is.

where to start

Which one do you need?

If you're not sure which one you need, describe the problem and I'll tell you. That conversation is free.

The site already exists and has content, and still does not show up where it should.

The site has to be built or migrated, and it cannot lose positions doing it.

Fast, indexable, modern web application development

Your team answers or types the same things every day, by hand.

The data already exists, but nobody looks at it because it lives in seven separate reports.

Responsive Dashboards

Interactive, data-driven dashboards for your platform

Most engagements start with one, not with all of them. And sometimes the answer is none of them: if what you are missing is content or domain authority, technical work will not fix it, and I will say so on the first call instead of selling you an audit.

ch a

Technical SEO Consulting

Technical SEO consulting in Mexico. I audit, optimize, and architect websites for search engines: structured data (Schema.org/JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, indexation, hreflang, information architecture, and performance strategy.

What changes for you
  • The pages that matter become crawlable and indexable, with no orphaned templates and no canonicals competing with each other.
  • Structured data passes Google Rich Results validation instead of failing silently.
  • Core Web Vitals measured on field data, not just on one favourable lab run.
  • Your team keeps a backlog prioritized by impact and effort that they can execute without me.
Who it is for
  • Sites with existing content and traffic that underperform for technical reasons.
  • Product teams that need outside technical judgement before a migration or a redesign.
  • Businesses with large catalogues or templates, where a single indexation mistake multiplies across thousands of URLs.
When I am not the right fit
  • Not for anyone who needs results in two weeks: the pace is set by Google’s recrawl and your team’s deployment cycle, not by the audit.
  • I do not do link building, paid links, or PBNs. If your problem is authority or content rather than technical, I will say so on the first call instead of selling you an audit.

ch b

Modern Web Apps with Next.js & Firebase

I build high-performance web applications with Next.js and Firebase — optimized for technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and scalability. From landing pages to full SaaS platforms with SSR/ISR, authentication, and real-time database.

What changes for you
  • The content is in the HTML of the first response: Googlebot does not need a second pass to render JavaScript and see it.
  • Content updates without waiting for a full site deployment.
  • Predictable infrastructure cost: serverless that scales to zero when nobody is using it.
  • A repository with strict TypeScript and CI that another developer can pick up without archaeology.
Who it is for
  • Businesses that depend on organic search and need the site fast and indexable from day one.
  • Founders who need to move from an already-validated idea to a product in production.
  • Teams stuck with a slow WordPress or a SPA that will not index, who want to migrate without losing positions.
When I am not the right fit
  • Not for projects that need a CMS with dozens of editors and complex approval workflows: a dedicated platform will serve you better than custom code there.
  • I do not take projects without one person on the client side who can decide and review. Without that contact, scope drifts and the result suffers.

ch c

AI Automation & Chatbots

I create AI automation solutions for your business: chatbots powered by LLMs (GPT, Gemini), automated workflows, API integrations, and intelligent processing systems that reduce operational costs and improve customer experience.

What changes for you
  • Repetitive customer questions get answered without someone on your team typing them again.
  • Processes that today live in one person’s head end up documented and executed by a workflow.
  • Every answer is logged: you can audit what the system replied and which data it used.
  • A bounded cost per conversation, using caching and a model chosen to match the difficulty of the task.
Who it is for
  • Support or sales teams answering the same set of questions every day.
  • Operations with repetitive, well-defined processes that are still done by hand.
  • Businesses with useful internal documentation that nobody finds in time.
When I am not the right fit
  • Not for anyone who wants the system to give the final ruling on a legal, medical, or financial matter. An LLM gets things wrong, and there the cost lands on your client: a person signs that answer, or I do not build the flow.
  • Not for processes that are not documented yet. Automating a confused process only makes it confused faster and harder to correct.

Responsive Dashboards

I design and develop responsive dashboards that turn data into decisions. Clean interfaces, interactive visualizations, and performance-optimized architecture — connected to your data sources in real time.

What changes for you
  • One screen with the metrics your team actually decides on, instead of seven reports nobody opens.
  • The numbers come from the data source, not from a manual export someone pastes in every Monday.
  • Every metric has a written definition, so two departments stop reporting different figures for the same thing.
  • It reads well on a phone, which is where it actually gets checked.
Who it is for
  • Teams that already have data and lack a shared view to act on it.
  • SaaS platforms that need to offer an analytics panel to their own customers.
  • Operations that currently depend on a spreadsheet only one person knows how to update.
When I am not the right fit
  • Not for anyone who is not collecting the data yet. If the information does not exist or cannot be trusted, instrumentation comes first; visualizing early just produces wrong charts in better typography.
  • It does not replace a BI platform with organization-wide data modelling and governance. If that is what you need, a custom dashboard is the wrong tool.

method

The same in all four services

The four phases are the same in every project. The concrete steps for each service are on its own page.

  1. phase 01

    Audit

I measure the current state before touching anything: what exists, where the data comes from, and what we will compare against later. You get a list prioritized by impact, not an eighty-page PDF nobody opens.

  2. phase 02

    Plan

We decide what gets fixed first and what isn't worth touching. Every item carries an estimate, a risk, and the metric that will tell us whether it worked.

  3. phase 03

    Implementation

I work in branches, with reviewable PRs and a staging environment. Nothing reaches production before you've seen it.

  4. phase 04

    Verification

I compare before and after using the metrics we set in phase 02. If something didn't move, I tell you.

Not sure which one applies? Describe the problem.

Send the URL, what changed, and since when. I reply in under 24 hours with a first read on which of the four — if any — is worth starting with.
